For orders with 1 to 3 items, shipping fee will be ₱300. Orders with 4 to 6 items, shipping will be ₱600.

Local orders are processed within 7-10 days. International orders will be processed 15-20 days. During the course of a force majeure event, please allow for delays.

We take pride in the performance of all our products. Faulty materials or construction will be replaced or repaired at our discretion with the practical lifetime of the product taken into consideration. Orders are acknowledged upon “check out” through the shopping cart. In the event, you want to cancel your order, as long as your order is not yet shipped, please get in touch with our customer representative.

For orders that are already shipped, cancellation of order is not possible.

We no longer allow the returns, exchange, and refunds of orders.
